Abstract

 This research is quantitative research. The independent variable used in this study is the reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction Customs Surabaya. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination.The results showed that the Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2) and Assurance (X3) significantly affects customer satisfaction. Beta value indicates that the variable Assurance (X3) has the greatest value, namely 0.433., It was concluded that the variables mempuyai the most impact on customer satisfaction with the services DGCE is variable Assurance (X3). The coefficient of determination R2 obtained for 0.595, meaning variation (fluctuation) of customer satisfaction terhada service DJBC Surabaya (Y), able to be explained by changes in variable Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2) and Assurance (X3), together 59.5%, while the remainder is equal to 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examinedKeywords: Customer satisfaction, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance

Abstract

Consumer behavior is a process through which a person in finding, buying, using, evaluating, and acting after consumption of a product, service or idea that is expected to meet his needs. The study aims to determine the effect of service quality which consists of five dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy towards consumer decision in choosing a taxi, especially Blue Bird taxi. By looking at the existing problems, the author formulates the problem as follows: What are the factors of service consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy will influence the consumer's decision in choosing a taxi. This research is a quantitative research. Quantitative research is the study of data using a formula - a formula which statistics are irrelevant to the issue. Quantitative data were analyzed using statistical calculations with SPSS. From the research results can be seen that the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. simultaneously influence the decision chose Blue Bird taxi. Partially dimensions of tangibles and empathy positive influence on decision-making. Based on the research results and conclusions can be put forward suggestions - suggestions that could be considered in this study is increase the operational systems as well as maintain services until now executed.  Keywords : are the factors of service consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy will influence the consumer's decision

Abstract

In this study, the authors examined the extent to which the influence of Product Variations, Taste, and Hygiene to Buy Consumer Interests. A sample of 100 respondents who bought Ice Cream Zangrandi. Sampling using nonrandom collection, the data was processed using SPSS for Windows 17:00 The results of the study conclude that the independent variable most dominant influence on the dependent variable is the taste (0.542), followed by the variable product variations (0.418), and the latter is variable hygiene (0.057). The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0.889, which means variations in rise and fall of consumer buying interest on ice cream Zangrandi (Y), able to be explained by changes in the variable variation of the product (X1), taste (X2), and hygiene (X3) together of 88.9% and the remaining 11.1% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in study. Abstract

Pepper is one of the main commodities in meeting human needs             so that some countries do import export activities, with the aim of meeting needs in the country and increase the country's income. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the activity of export and import of pepper to the development of foreign exchange reserves, to determine the effect of volume andpepper export value to the development of foreign exchange and know the volume and value of imports pepper to the decline in foreign exchange reserves, researchers will indicate simultaneous effect on exports and imports of pepper to the foreign exchange reserves. Research data from using time series from 2000 to 2013. The regression analysis method linear and then using simple linear regression analysis. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) were used for analysis.Results of this study shows that Indonesia as a country exporting and importing pepper contributing to the agricultural sector as well as the influence simultaneously of the international reserves position. Abstract

A company applyin fr a lan then the bank should conductan analysis of the financial statements in an effort to support the effectiveness f the loan application assessment. Financial statement  analysis conducted by the bank assessed using ratios include liquidity ratio, solvency and profitability ratios. The ratio analysis used by the bank to assess the financial condition of a company that will apply for the credit in deciding whether a loan application is accepted or rejected. By using secondary data from the annual financial statement for the period of three years. Quantitative descriptive method by which data is obtained in the from of figures. In this study were collected and analyzed based on predefined criteria to determine the factors that can support the efeectiveness of the loan application assessment with financial statement analysis.  Keyword :financial statement, the effectiveness of the loan application appraisal.

Abstract

Goals to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of product quality to customerLoyalty cards Indosat IM3 student in Surabaya.              The research proves that F count> F table (14.108> 2,311) or in other words together performance, features, reliability, service ability can influence customer loyalty. While the test (R2) together - together amounting to 42.9% and the remaining 57.1% were influenced other variables outside the research. The study also proves that partially, performance, features, reliability, service ability significant effect on customer loyalty because each independent variable is the performance, features, reliability, service ability have thitung> tabel.

Abstract

Perception of a product that is good and positive from consumers can be built through the brand. Manufacturers should be able to build brand their products as best as possible so that consumers can be loyal to a product that has been marketed as a strong brand will be able to change consumer behavior. The aim of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of brand awareness and perception of the quality of the Asus laptop purchase decision in Hitech - Mall Surabaya. The aim of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of brand awareness and perception of the quality of the Asus laptop purchase decision in Hitech - Mall Surabaya. The target population of this research is in the Hitech-Mall Surabaya with Laptops ASUS and samples of the population in this study were 100 Correspondent of the Asus laptops in Hitech-Mall Surabaya, while the method of sampling was done by using a non-probability sampling by means purposive sampling multiple regression Analysis. Results from this study showed that variables Brand Awareness and Quality Perception partially significant effect on purchase decision. It is known from tcount Brand Awareness by 4054 greater than ttable (1.9847), so the research hypothesis which says "no brand awareness influence on purchasing decisions Asus Laptop in Surabaya", can be declared acceptable. And tcount Quality Perception by 8909 greater than ttable (1.9847). so the research hypothesis which says "no influence on purchasing decisions perceived quality Laptop Asus in Surabaya", can be declared acceptable. Abstract

One of the important activities conducted by each company is employee payroll. This study aims to determine the internal controls in the payroll system which has been implemented by the company. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique to describe the internal control system implemented in the company's payroll.The results showed the company has not yet implemented the control system so well that may arise fraud management employee salaries. Implications arising fraud in the calculation of working time of employees; the employee time data manipulation; and errors in the payment of salaries of employees.Improvements that can be made form of accounting and finance division and division personnel; implementing authority systems and procedures in both the recording. Another improvement is the presence of accounting functions which authorize the salaries of employees before paid. Keywords: Systems, Payroll, Internal Control

Abstract

Produk madu telah lama dikenal masyarakat Indonesia  sebagai food supplement yang berkhasiat menjaga kesehatan, namun produksi madu Indonesia belum mampu memenuhi permintaan nasional.. Untuk itu dibutuhkan peran Analisis SWOT (strengh, weakness, opportunity, and threat) sebagai alat bantu dalam menetapkan strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian. Analisis Internal Factor Evaluation  (IFE) menghasilkan kekuatan utama kegiatan promosi iklan melalui media cetak dan brosur yang di edarkan secara berkala, sedangkan untuk kelemahan utama yang dimiliki adalah peralatan pengolahan yang masih sederhana. Analisis External Factor Evaluation (EFE) menghasilkan peluang utama yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu program pemerintah bagi UMKM dalam bentuk Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), sedangkan ancaman utama adalah berkurangnya jumlah areal pakan lebah akibat konversi lahan. Analisis matriks Internal-Eksternal (IE) menetapkan posisi dalam kuadaran V (Jaga dan Pertahankan).  Analisis SWOT menghasilkan beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan: (1) Inovasi kemasan ekonomis, (2) Meningkatkan kegiatan promosi, (3) Membina hubungan baik dengan peternak binaan, (4) Menambah modal kerja melalui pinjaman Kredit Usaha Rakyat, (5) Meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, (6) Memperbaiki kinerja dan Meningkatkan teknologi produksi, (7) Memperbaiki sistem manajemen perusahaan, (8) Meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada konsumen, (9) Mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, (10) Memperluas pangsa pasar. Hasil dari pengolahan QSPM (quantitative strategic planning matrix), menghasilkan prioritas utama inovasi kemasan ekonomis. Kata kunci: analisis swot, strategi pemasaran, madu

Abstract

The aim of research to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions soap brand Pond's facial cleanser along with the dominant factor. The independent variable in this research is Price (X1), Ad (X2), Packaging (X3), and Quality (X4). The dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y)., The research sample was determined at 100 students. Sampling method in this research using accidental sampling method. Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis.From the test results obtained simultaneously variable pricing, advertising, packaging and quality have an influence on purchasing decisions soap cleanser brand Pond's, whereas packaging has no significant influence on purchasing decisions Keywords: Pricing, Advertising, Packaging, Quality and Purchasing Decision
